I think the point of adding file sizes is to know hich ones are real. And i also have another suggestion. Why not just add new movies. Its easy to find the older movies dated one month back.

Ill also add my two cents. I downloaded Narc. The filename is [TMD]Narc.(sws).ts.(1of).avi. The file size is 18 MB or 141.44KB. The second one is a fake which is actually 15 minutes worth of movie that looks like a 45 minute movie, and if you use divfix, the movie will actually appear, but which actually lasts about 15 minutes, and cuts out way before the end of the movie. Its actual size is round about 8 MB whereas it would seem as if its 117MB or 11.8KB. Im downlaoding another second half, and ill get back to you if its real.

Doesnt anyone know the real version of about schimdt??

Bleep test

The beep test, also known as the 0m shuttle run test and multistage fitness test among others, is a very common test of aerobic fitness.

The test

This test involves continuous running between two lines 0m apart in time to recorded beeps. For this reason the test if also often called the beep or bleep test. The time between recorded beeps decrease each minute (level). There are several versions of the test, but one commonly used version has an initial running velocity of 8.5 km/hr, which increases by 0.5 km/hr each minute.

Levels

The footballers score is the level and number of shuttles reached before they were unable to keep up with the tape recording.

Advantages

BODY MASS INDEX

(BMI)

BMI stands for Body Mass Index. It takes a persons weight in kilograms and divides it by their height in meters squared. For instance, if your height is 1.8 meters, the divisor of the calculation will be (1.8 1.8) = .14. If your weight is 70.5 kilograms, then your BMI is 1. (70.5 / .14)

The higher the figure the more overweight you are. Like any of these types of measures it is only an indication and other issues such as body type and shape have a bearing as well. Remember, BMI is just a guide - it does not apply to elderly populations, pregnant women or very muscular athletes.

The third activity is tours. Tours or field trips are a vivid way to share good ideas by seeing them in real life situations. A field trip related either to a project area or to a subject of general interest widens the boundaries of knowledge of a 4-H member. This summer over ,500 youth, including myself, have been selected to participate in the Citizenship Washington Focus Conference where we will meet with legislators in helping us to understand the procedures of our government.

At the beginning of each 4-H year, members complete an enrollment card listing the projects they would like participate in. Projects are learning experiences designed for members to help them learn, make, or do something.
